I'm Sokha Eang, a realtor based in the Lower Mainland. Most of the people I work with are cut from the same cloth I am — anglers, hunters, campers, off-roaders, and the men and women in uniform, including law enforcement and CBSA officers. I do all of it myself: weekends on the river, fall in the bush, the truck loaded up before sunrise. Most of my clients are buying and selling right here in the Lower Mainland, but every year I help a few families relocate north to the rivers we all dream about — the Skeena, the Kitimat, the legendary water.
